Battlestar Galactica and mods in general

I was searching youtube earlier today and I found this video. It's a Battlestar Galactica mod for Sins called "Sins of Altheia." Can anyone tell me where to find this mod, or if you want to tell everyone about an awesome mod you found/made, that would be greatly appreciated.
